As we have for the past 120 years, Lakewood Baptist Church strives to serve the community by continuing to search for and develop new ministries that will benefit all God’s people. The congregation endeavors to meet the challenges of today’s world and sees the difficulties as ongoing opportunities to encourage and help others.
Our Mission
Lakewood Baptist Church is a community of believers and seekers discovering joy and hope following Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We live to share love, support, and encouragement to others in our everyday living by seeking wisdom and strength from the scriptures for guidance, and a bond of faith for building a Christ like community through the Holy Spirit.
